The Blue Sage Catering Company was founded by Executive Chef, Matthew R. Box, with a mission to create unique events, centered around remarkably good food. As a QCT Training Chef for Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Executive Chef, Matthew R. Box embarked on a vision for catering quality food, with exceptional service. After leaving Marriott Hotels, he decided to put his vision into reality. He helped open one of the largest catering companies in the Bay Area, where he sat on the Board of Directors, as CEO, and Executive Training Chef for 10 years. After 20 years of orchestrating elegant events, his outcome was The Blue Sage Catering Company.
