As a QCT Training Chef for Marriott Hotels and Resorts, Executive Chef, Matthew R. Box embarked on a vision for catering quality food, with exceptional service. After leaving Marriott Hotels, he decided to put his vision into reality. He helped open one of the largest catering companies in the Bay Area, where he sat on the Board of Directors, as CEO, and Executive Training Chef for 10 years.
